Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are processed the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or US federal holidays.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Leisure Pets is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will assist in coordinating with the carrier where possible.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Start a Return
Email support@leisurepets.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns (e.g., changed your mind, ordered wrong size/color). If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Leisure Pets covers the cost of return shipping.

Refund Process
