Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Start a Return
Email support@leisurepets.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns (e.g., changed your mind, ordered wrong size/color). If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Leisure Pets covers the cost of return shipping.

Returns must be shipped to our US fulfillment address (Huntington Beach, CA 92648).
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact support@leisurepets.shop with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
